Basic Operation

In basic operations, we provide functions for token deployment, management, transfer, and marketplace.

Common supported: deploy, burn, chown, transfer, list, send.

In Deploy-Mint mode: mint.

In Deploy-Issue mode: issue, blacklist.

Notes ：Each OP consists of two transactions(Commit/Reveal), and must comply with KIP9 specifications to avoid failure.
